We plant in Ohakune in order to harvest and supply during the colder months . The cool soil ensures an even cylindrical shaped carrot with heightened natural sweetness. During spring and summer we supply carrots from Pukekohe, the fertile soil and temperate climate providing the variety with a more slender shape and a crunchy bite.
